    • Remove the eggs, place them in cold water, and let them cool.

    • Remove the stems from the shishito peppers and wash them thoroughly.

  3. Combine Quail Eggs and Seasoning (메추리알과 양념 끓이기)
    • In a pot, add 1 cup of water, the peeled quail eggs, and the seasoning ingredients: 6 tablespoons of Special Soy Sauce for Rice Bowl Dishes, 2 tablespoons of corn syrup, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.
