Ingredients:
- 1 bag of Kimchi Fried Rice (김치볶음밥)
- 90g (3 oz.) of chopped pork belly from our Pork Belly (삼겹살)
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp of our Premium Sesame Oil (참기름)
- 1/4 cup of sliced nori sheet
- 1/2 Tbsp of sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Pan fry the chopped pork belly until it starts to brown. There's no need for additional frying oil, as we'll be using the fat rendered from the pork belly.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until it starts to brown.
- Open the bag of kimchi fried rice and pour it directly into the pan. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in a tablespoon of our premium sesame oil just before finishing for an added aroma.
- Transfer to a bowl, and sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced nori sheets on top.
