Ingredients:
- 8 perilla leaves, thinly sliced
- 3 tsp Kevin's Choice Perilla Powder
- 3 tsp chopped seasoned cuttlefish
- ¼ diced onion
- 1 diced long hot pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chopped green onion
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp plum extract
- 1 tsp seasoned herring roe
- 2-3 thinly sliced small gim (nori) sheets
- 3 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 packs ramyun noodles
- Optional: tender pork belly slices

Mix Ingredients:
- In a bowl, combine ¼ diced onion, 1 diced long hot pepper, 3 tsp chopped seasoned cuttlefish, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp chopped green onion, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp plum extract, and 1 tsp seasoned herring roe.

Prepare the Noodles:
- Cook the ramyun noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

Assemble the Dish:
- Place sliced perilla leaves on a plate and sprinkle perilla powder on top.
- Place the cooled ramyun noodles on the perilla leaves with perilla powder.
- Top the noodles with the mixed cuttlefish and vegetable mixture.
