Ingredients: (for 2 servings)

  • Your favorite vegetables (zucchini, carrots, cabbage, onions, etc.)
  • Jusikdang Spicy Octopus Stir-Fry Add to Cart
  • Master Jo Byeong-ju's Frozen Chopped Noodles Add to Cart
  • 2 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 42 oz. water

Optional

  • Your favorite other seafood (ex: shrimp, mussel)
  • 2 Kevin's Choice Beef Bone / Multipurpose Broth Coins Add to Cart
  • 1 tablespoon of Kevin's Choice Anchovy Fish Sauce Add to Cart

 

How to:

  1. Prepare your desired vegetables such as zucchini, carrots, cabbage, and onions.
  2. Stir-fry with 2 tablespoons of chili powder (adjust the amount of chili powder according to your preference).
  3. When the vegetables are half-cooked, add the spicy octopus stir-fry and continue to stir-fry.
  4. Add 42 oz. of water.
  5. Optionally, add 2 Kevin's Choice Beef Bone or Multipurpose Broth Coins or 1 tablespoon of Kevin's Choice Anchovy Fish Sauce.
  6. If you skipped step five, you can add the broth powder packet included in the noodle package.
  7. Add Master Jo Byeong-ju's Kalguksu noodles and cook. 
  8. If you prefer a clear broth, cook the noodles separately before adding; if you prefer a thicker broth, cook the noodles with the spicy broth.
  9. Enjoy your meal!
