- 1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 15oz. whole canned tomato
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cups of eggplant

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g (about 7 ounces) beef, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups water
- 2 All-Purpose Broth Tablets (코인육수)
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 Tbsp of butter
- 2 Bayleaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients - Chop the cabbage, onions, eggplant, mushroom, carrots, and celery. Dice the tomatoes and mince the garlic. Thinly slice beef.
- Cook the Beef - In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Sauté the Vegetables - In the same pot, add the onions and garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent. Add the canned tomato and mix. Add butter.
