This easy-to-make Korean food stew typically includes pork, various vegetables, creating a hearty and flavorful broth with the spicy kick of gochujang. It's a healthy food choice! INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon of Kevin's Choice's Traditional Gochujang  Add to cart

1 Tablets of All Purpose Broth Tablets Add to cart

1/4lb  Tofu

1/4lb Pork Belly Add to cart

1/2 Onion

1 Potato

1/2 Zucchini

assorted mushrooms (optional)

How to Make:

  1. Start with the Broth:

    • In a pot, add 25 oz (about 750ml) of water and drop in 1 All-Purpose Broth Tablet. This broth tablet is a game-changer – it adds depth and richness to your stew without the need for long cooking times. Let it come to a boil and dissolve completely.
  2. Prepare the Ingredients:
